The shoes are by Two Lips. They had them on Beyondtherack.com yesterday for $29.99

They’re not made in heels, only flats. If you look closely, you’ll notice the model is on her toes leaning her heels on the pillar. So sad:(
Two Lips and Schutz carry them in heels. Jelly has them in flats.
